You're wrong, but not by much. They do adoption referrals for about 1 out of every 149 abortions. LINK

If you aren't willing to admit that there is a lot of spin that goes into the "pro life" moniker then you aren't willing to have an honest conversation about the topic anyway. But this is tigerdroppings, so who gives a shite anyway.

Wasn't one of the prosecutors on the PP board?

PS - I'm pro abortion and love me some PP, so no need for insults.

Only one of twelve, and I don't believe she worked on this case.

i accept a .00671140939 margin of error.

and it's not necessarily just PP's fault on that. if i want to adopt a child, there's no way i'm getting out of it for less than 20k, or going through the heartbreaking situation of fostering to adopt. people want to effing profit off of helping an unwanted child in this world and it's effing sick.

Kind of a hard sell to ask someone to carry a baby to term, then have them face their family and say "Send any gifts to the Johnson's house......they live in Oshkosh, Wisconsin"

Maybe I just came of age in a time when it was easier to flush the kid and have everyone pretend it never happened.

Goddamn I'm glad I've never knocked anyone up

"Pro Life" is the biggest hypocritical phrase in the history of humanity.

It means forcing ones patriarchical religious convictions on other people.

Pro Life certainly does not have anything to do with being pro-the-life (and health) of a woman.

Spinning your side any way you'd like does not change the basic prolifer's original intent.

If you child murderer's weren't intent on killing kids and using our tax dollars to do so there would be nothing to "spin".

What if I told you my personal beliefs about life issues (abortion, murder, death penalty, etc.) aren't held by my religious convictions?

I'm atheist and generally pro-life. So that's a fail.

That said, abortion is allowed by law, so you have every right to obtain one. And I have every right to judge you as a TPOS. Even if it statistics tell us its likely for the greater good.

:omg: some one said something callous on the internet!!!!!!!!!! This is obviously a reflection on humanity as a whole!!!!! There is no way someone on the internet could be sarcastic or a have much more nuanced position than 11 words can convey!!!!! I really need to go stock up on gold and ammo!!!!! Obama is the anti-christ!

I stand corrected.

I really shouldn't allow the statements of an asshat like yourself to be reflective of society as a whole. A thousand pardons, dear nitwit.

the fact still remains that PP was selling baby parts for profit.

I thought they denied this, has this been proven?

This is the latest in a long list of divisive political issues used by one of the political parties to motivate their "base". Gobble it up lemmings.

I'm Pro-life. What fricking difference does it make what happens to the aborted body parts once they are dead? Ridiculous.

Are you saying that the mayor or one of the prosecutors caused the video makers to forge their credentials with the government?

It looks like all of the Law and Order types suddenly get weak in the knees when one of their own goes in the dock.
Typical conservative pussies!

A big problem I have with the feminist and pro-abortion crowd is they want to have it both ways. They go around trumpeting, "My body, my baby, my business!"

Unless she wants to carry it to term, then she expects child support.

If the child's father wants the baby, tough shite. "It's my uterus, bub!"

Well, girls, which is it? If you want the autonomy of what to do with that baby then sack up and take responsibility. If you can't handle it and expect assistance from the father (and, by extension, the oppressive patriarchal society he represents), then just admit all that girl power rhetoric was just a bunch of mush-brained claptrap.
