I have been drinking too much other stuff (tea, lemonade, soft drinks, etc.) to know. Just bought a 32 oz bottle that I am forcing myself to finish twice before allowing the other stuff, except coffee in the morning. Maybe I need to make it 3x instead of 2x before anything else???

I try to drink at least a gallon a day. After about a week you get used to peeing every 15 minutes, but it's on company time so who cares.
