Thank God, wanted to make sure my hand written note and pocket lent would get the job done.

Last year, alot. Normally, a couple hundred dollars.

$0
We mutually agreed to not buy gifts for each other b/c we never liked what the other person ends up buying.
Instead, we just use that money we would've spent on gifts to fund outings at nice restaurants and hanging out together in the city.

I put $5 towards her birthday fund for every time I got laid in the past year.
This year, she got a coffee mug and some Skittles.

Depends on the occasion. Usually about $200 on birthdays and Christmas. 10th anniversary was far more expensive.

Usually no more than 5

About what she spent on me for the corresponding occasion. If it's her birthday, I think back to what she got me for my last birthday and go from there.

Same here, we usually take weekend trips, go to nice dinners, etc for special occasions. No offense to everyone else, but we are adults and if we want something we go and buy it we don't wait to get it as a present on a special day
