How long after arriving at work do you actually start working?

Mine is about 10 minutes. I have the same routine almost everyday. I check a couple websites and social media before I start working. Sometimes it's longer, but rarely shorter.

About 5 minutes. Boot up computer, grab refreshment, start working.

I get here at 7. Everyone else gets here around 8.
I generally eat breakfast, make coffee, take a shite, play on the internet that first hour, then 30 minutes of talking to people as they make their way in
so about 1.5 hours

However long it takes my computer to boot up. I normally get to the office at 5:45 so I can get everything in order and ready to go before the field crews come in at 7:00. Some crews will get in around 6:30 or so and at that point, I'll start working on the data, that they turned in from the previous day. If I keep my head down and down BS with the other guys in the office, I can usually be complete done by lunch.

Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door - that way my boss can't see me, heh heh - and, uh, after that I just sorta space out for about an hour.
Yeah, I just stare at my desk; but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

I dont prefer this, but mentally I am working on what needs to be done when I wake up.
When I get to work, about 5 seconds. Again, I dont prefer this.
Good news is I love my job (first time in my life I can say that)

About an hour. Log on to tigerdroppings and espn, get coffee, shoot the shite with co-workrers, refresh TD, check espn, refresh TD, get more coffee, refresh TD, eat breakfast, refresh TD, then I'll ease into being productive. I probably hit the F5 key at least 100 time a day.

I get to work by 7:30 a.m. on Monday, so I'd say about 10 a.m. on Thursday is when I begin working.

Immediately. If work is not waiting on my desk before I arrive it is amazing. This begins a mad 8 hour scramble to complete tasks before my 8 hours is up just to leave on time.

Some days I'm bombarded before I even get to the office. It's not uncommon for me to fire off several emails before even getting in the truck to drive to work. And once I get to the office, it's pretty immediate.
Other days when things aren't so pressing, I'll come in, heat up breakfast, get some coffee, walk around and talk to my staff, come back to my office and surf the Internet. I'd say I could kill a good hour on these days.

Well I'm at work for 6 and I wouldn't say I do actual work til after 9.
I make it look I am doing something but it's more just buying time.
Work from about 9-11 or 1130 and go to lunch til 1ish
Work for a few hours and make it look like I'm working for the last few hours and then I'm done.
