The story linked in the OP notes that there are several active investigations.
Part of the problem here is that some of the stories are decades old, it's often hard to prove anything.

A friend of mine was drinking in NYC when Kevin came into the bar and ended up having some drinks with them. When he went to leave Kevin followed him back to his hotel and tried to force his way into his room. This was back in 2004 or so. Spacey has been a creeper for a long time.

We all know "forced his way in his room" is code for "backdoor," and your friend let him...cause it was spacey and your friend is ghey.
