How exactly do the cleanup crews clean the debris on the side of the roads?

They'll come with a truck and a crane on the back of it. They'll grab it and put it in the truck.

Dumpster truck with claw. They'll be accompanied by 4 or 5 replacement cabs and the claw truck will keep going down the street after each dumpster is filled. It'll take them a while.

A very prominent resident of youngsville hired contractors to clean debre from homes within the city. It was "his way of donating". The contracting company used a skidsteer with grapple bucket and dump trucks

Skid steer and dump trucks. Contractors get paid per load and by how much each truck carries.
