How do police handle high speed crotch rocket wolfpacks?

We have a group that flies through late at night on regular basis on interstates. They go 100, 120 mph or more.
What is best way for cops to stop them?

In georgia only state patrol can go after a single one but I'm not sure about a group. I would assume they wouldn't go after them as it's a safety risk

Are they causing any accidents? If not, then leave them alone. More people's lives could be put at risk by creating a high speed chase.

I saw a guy on I-10 in Baton Rouge on a crotch rocket zip up next to a pack of Darth's on Harley's.
He stood on the peggs, whiskey throttled it, and popped a wheelie for about a half mile. I was waiting to see his grape housing unit splatter beneath my tires at any second.
Instead, he tore arse off doing 180 mph flat mud checking those baws on their slow arse Harley's. I never wanted to be so Asian in all my life.
