Because women will find your used rubber in the trash, dig out your jizz and scoop it into their giners. Its why I always carry a miniature tabasco bottle in my pocket when I go out and always out a few drops in my used rubbers.

If it's taken properly and you never miss a day, BC is 100% effective. They only say 98%-99% to avoid lawsuits from dumbasses who don't take it the way they're supposed to.
