I have been pulling out the last two years and it's worked.
When my wife stopped using birch control I didn't pull out one time and she got pregant. She later had a misscarriage but that's beside the point.
Pulling out has been effective for me. It'a all about the timing.

My thoughts exactly. 2 different drs
I had paragaurd in between baby 1 and baby 2. It's basically the same thing as mirena but no hormones. Hubby got a vasectomy 2 weeks after baby 2 so I'm good now.

Sperm can still get through the latex. But there are so few that get through that the odds of getting pregnant are slim.
