But it's convenient to Watson yet away from traffic and congestion for peace and quiet!

And on a whole .56 acre, and that built-in living room aquarium will be something you enjoy for years to come.

That house is as bland as my wife's cooking.

Sterile and without personality. The first thing that comes to mind is that it is completely lacking in shade. I like more plant life than just a lawn.

Landscaping is beautiful. I like the minimalist look.

It has all the architectural charm of a closed 10 Minute Oil Change building.

So is it in Livinston Parish or St. Helena? Address says Denham Springs, but listing says St. Helena "county". (Watson houses have DS as their mailing address.) That makes a big difference for schools.

Looks like just a big, ugly garage. 0 curb appeal.

Well you can tell that it was not a spec house for sure. I seriously doubt they will get anywhere close to that price.

And why do they hate windows? Are they vampires?

The inside of that house is incredible. If it wasn't for the terrible front, I would say it would be well over $1mil

White leather couches, lol. House is tacky as shite inside and out. Nice little pond, but that;s about the only redeeming thing.

I like any house with a sweet blunt room, but it gets -10 points for no pool.

The interior really isn't that impressive.

Maybe it's all the cheap leather lounging chairs and sofas.
