first thing i thought was some jackass rich kid would come buy this house just because he can park his car, bay boat, ski boat, and jet skis all under a cover at home.

so strange that there is no TV in the living room area, just a fish tank. but there is a TV and more couches crammed into the kitchen area

Whats up with the two beds in what should probably be a playroom. In what they claim is a 6,500 SF house kids shouldn't be sharing bedrooms.

Right? And what's up with the wall of shelves and Rubbermaid storage containers in that room? You've got six+ garages and STILL have to store stuff in a kids' room?

That is pretty bad design. And I'm living in the land of builder grade colonials and teeny tiny kitchens regardless of the house size.

Our house is set up similarly. We have a keeping room off of the kitchen where we do most of our TV watching, albeit ours is a bit bigger than this one. No TV in our "living Room" but we do have a 80" up in the media/game room over the garage.

Well, someone could open a auto repair shop at home. That is kind of what it looks like.

A lot of wasted space made for garages. GL finding a buyer.

Anyone willing to spend 800K wont be moving to Denham to be in a house looking like that. On barely half an acre too.

Lmao then it would be $1.1 million. Those appliances and fixtures are par for the course a house for $850k.
