Yeah I worked in the med center back then at Methodist Hospital and it took on a shite ton of water because the flood gates didn't get closed.

It was getting bad here but history has shown we drain pretty well in the Nawf West. Thank Goodness.

They were saying on the news that they expect houses along Braes Bayou to get flooded.

Poor Bill Baeza and Dominique Sachse have been in the studio since the 6 and 10PM news. you can tell they are running on fumes right now. Their reporters/producers are stranded on the highways too.

Buffalo Bayou is completely over Memorial and Allen Parkway at Montrose. Hope no one uses these roads to get downtown.

Report was that someone's house in our community just south of Sugar Land was hit by lightning around midnight. Family evacuated to a neighbor's for the rest of the night.

Buddy made it to work in Sugar Land and took beltway 8 from i10 and then 59. Looks like 59 South is closed at 610 loop.
