I'm in the middle of it; a few miles from downtown. The worse was around 5:00 am. Lightening and thunder almost simultaneous.

No flooding at the house. Work from home day.

Brooks is such a loser. 3/4s of Houston news guys are gay because they know if they put a bunch of straight guys around those broads it would be full blown calamity

What street in Summerwood? I've been up since 4:45 and didn't hear anything.

Pretty similar but the worst is probably still in store. All that water in the NW suburbs is going to come down to the bayous by us

Yeah it was pretty bad trying to leave Kingwood...every exit was blocked up with water actually rushing across the lanes. Pucker factor was decent the whole drive to work

My area of the woodlands is holding its own. Very spooky though.

May end up being worse than Memorial Day last year unfortunately. Looks like it's supposed to rain quite a bit tonight and tomorrow too. My office warned us we may be closed tomorrow as well and they're usually super reluctant to close anything

Have the parts of Texas that were in a drought gotten a lot of rain?

Ole Steve just got himself a promotion. That will be on the national news.

That old man had no clue on what was happening. haha.

Man I wish Ruben from channel 2 would have been the guy to do that story.

Currently stuck at IAH. They're cancelling everything.

Getting here at 5:30 was interesting. About a dozen stalled vehicles, including some frickers at gate entrances.
