My normal 22 minute or so ride from Carrollton to Little Sicily in Harvey took me an hour and ten minutes. The normal 2 and half minutes on the Huey P. Long was 15 minutes.

People are apparently stupid bc heading westbound and everyone is on the lower streets heading to Kenner and beyond. The interstate is only closed by the bridge and is open now.

Yeah the bridge has been open since a little before 4:30. I just took it while staying on I-10 and was only about a 10 minute delay.
