Homeless wheelchair guy living in car next to taco bell on airline in BTR

Yes, I've seen it too. I've wondered what is going on with that. I've seen that guy in the wheelchair along with another guy at that spot.
I know they used to have an issue with homeless people living inside that abandoned building on airline hwy that now belongs to the Church of Scientology.
Im just speculating that maybe after they bought it they had nowhere to go? Maybe that is why they moved up to albertsons? just a guess...

There's a bunch of homeless people living in the abandoned homes right there next to albertsons. You can't hardly see them they are so overgrown (the houses not the homeless people)

I think we're talking about 2 different Albertsons. The one at airline/Highland HD some old houses next to it
