Alright so ,car is broke down. It's him and his dad living out of the car. He's trying to get to Hammond because he has a girl there that has a place for him to stay. He asked for a ride. I gave him a 20 spot to get a bus ride to Hammond. Don't know and don't care if he uses it for that. Told him I heard about him on this site. He said it was great people wanted to help and was excited to hold up the sign.

hes been there at least 2 months. i dont think hes trying to get to hammond
why couldnt the girl get him, hammonds like 30 minutes away

On the side road by the taco bell and leading to the back of the albertsons, their are some houses that have been abandoned and the trees and vegetation has grown for years there. If you see them up close youll see why it woukd be a prime spot for homeless people to live.
It was a black family that owned all of that property and I was just bought a couple of months ago. It will be turned into a small office complex. A couple of the family members still live in one of the houses.

Roll by him with a $20 and he will answer all your questions.
If I had to guess, it is because the girl in Hammond doesn't know the way to BR since she doesn't exist.
