Here is your chance! This reproduction of a frontier town is perfect for any nonprofit foundation or as a legacy, safe haven, healing sanctuary that serves as a serene respite from the vagaries of 21st century living. Step back in time & enjoy the rustic amenities of this wild west town such as the saloon / restaurant, general store, & chapel. Property includes three original cabins from the historic Santa Fe Trail Hoaglund Stagecoach depot. There is a 3-bed 3-bath luxury Ponderosa Lodge full of elegant touches such as the gourmet kitchen, designer lighting and amish hickory flooring throughout. This well-appointed home has high ceilings, an open floor plan, and expansive windows that offer endless views and a profusion of natural light. Top-notch equestrian facilities that include a 5-stall livery stable and a big barn with 17 stalls round out this one of a kind ranch. Under 3.5 hours from Denver, other close-by destinations are Joyful Journey Hot Springs, Wolf Creek Ski Resort & Great Sand Dunes National Park. The panorama of privacy, peace, & possibility leave little to be desired in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that celebrates the old western era.

There are places in NM, CA, and CO where you can get huge tracts of land for pennies but they are near nothing and lack easy access to utilities.

Trash land in AR and swamp land in FL pop up sites like the one above too. In AR you can buy whole subdivisions that are sparsely populated for cheap.

I thought this was going to be the little replica Western town in Ridgway, CO. I think that one was built for filming of the original True Grit.
ETA - Ray’s Jerky in Ridgway has some tasty stuff.

For 320 acres and the buildings that isn’t a bad price. Hell, the RV park alone will generate a shot ton of cash 8 or so months a year.
