Restaurant owner should just send him $4 and stop replying to the emails. I never get why managers at restaurants are such dicks about a few bucks. You're willing to risk all the customer's future business and a horrible social media presence over a few bucks.

honestly, I would expect as much from a college professor...I deal with them from time to time at work and find them to be obnoxiously arrogant and condescending...

Because we get hit with mainly BS calls with people trying to squeeze whatever they can out of us for free in an industry with a small profit margin.
