That really could have a lot to do with it. A successful program will bring more traffic to the Rant, and then they'll meander over to other boards.

My bans come during the football seasons. Oh and also the one black qb thread a few years back on the msb. That claimed alot of us that night.

I did used to liked it more. I get tired sometimes of to many words but not a lot of gifs. I like the funny stuff but really all the long word posts get me mad. Somebody in charge should maybe force more gifs to be showed.

I like Nitro .. Arse was pretty terrible for awhile, there .. Started way too many threads .. Was on here an incredible amount of time during the day for an attorney billing hours to clients .. just my .02 ... the Fatty weekend threads actually started out pretty good, but turned into just an average joe chronicling his weekend and eating food everyone else does -- i.e. his weekend isn't any more interesting than anyone else's .. no way on earth he ate all the food he claimed he did ..

Absolutely. I even missed the true prime and never got involved with all the OT crap. I would read it occasion.
My main purpose is to use TD for fantasy sports. That is one of the few boards that has not changed (although it can be annoying during football).
I will check out the soccer board and MSB and sometimes post, but they have both gone downhill.

the rant and the secrant are the traffic drivers on this site .. the rant is no different from the food board .. if you sift through the bullshite, you do find decent information .. the MSB is what it is .. once again .. you sift through it ..

Agree 100%. I've been reading the OT since 2004/2005. It used to be so awesome.... I can remember nights where I was crying laughing from reading some of the threads.
Now it seems like it's just a bunch of stupid threads that all turn into the same 10 people who are on here all the time just chatting with each other.

I think that's how all these boards are, but the rant is overbearing. For every 10 posts you have to dodge on a typical board, you have to dodge 40 on the rant. Theres just so many billy joe bobs that live in dry prong that think Mainieri and Les are the worst people since hitler.
I only use it for scores, so I will say in game threads with updated scores on the rant are useful.

Yes. I think it's "prime" was 2007, and has gone down hill since then.
