I'm thinking about going to the doctor and letting him check my blood levels. I don't feel like I have any energy at the gym anymore. It kinda scares me though.

Yes...I took the tabs for under your tongue. If you ever go down on Mrs. Jvilleiger25, then I suggest you not go this route...

Are you overtraining? Getting enough sleep? Staying hydrated? Eating right? Drinking too much?

There are a lot of other things to consider before assuming it's low testosterone. Do you have any symptoms of low T?

I eat a healthy diet. I workout 5 times a week. I drink tons of water. Sleep has been iffy. I have been dealing with some stress.

How old are you? It's perfectly normal for your hormone levels to gradually taper off once you hit 40.

I would be more scared of a diminishing sex drive rather than a decrease in energy.

Lay off the ice cream and treadmill and do some deadlifts. Fatty.

35 is still pretty young, it's possible but doubt your lethargy is from low testosterone.

That's a little on the young side of things.

You mention that you eat a healthy diet, what does your dietary fat consumption look like (i.e. what do you eat and about how much)?

More weight training, especially legs. Eat better, sleep better, turn the shower on cold at the end, and jerk off at least every other day.

Boom.

IF you do have any T issues, this is the cause. Low sleep will wreck your T.

Other notes:

1.) If you get tested, you need total T, Free T, and sex hormone binding globulin. Just "total T" is not worth much.

And if you go that route, just spend the cash on one of those "anti-aging" clinics. Your GP won't give you juice unless you are way low on your levels. You can walk into one of those clinics and "I'm tired and fat" and they'll juice you up.

I take a protein shake first thing in the morning, 8-10 eggs in the morning for breakfast, a granola bar for a prelunch snack with peanut butter, lunch varies, another granola bar for an afternoon snack with peanut butter, a protein shake once I get home from work, and for dinner I normally have 1 lbs. of chicken, two cups of brown rice and two cups of green beans.

You eat 10 fricking eggs everyday? A lb. of chicken? Granola? Two fricking protein shakes?

GTFO.
