I'm talking JFK/LAX and those where you have large layovers.

This is why they have bars!

Should visit the bar prior to your flight.

People rather go to a bar.

Have to bring workout clothes in your carry-on then showers would be a must.

They could do like Starwood hotels do and provide you with gear so you don't have to pack it.

I always bring some workout gear and sneakers to workout with at the hotel anyways if I'm traveling so bringing clothes wouldn't be an issue for me.

Exactly. How much would a couple treadmills and some free weights cost? I'm not trying to make my kidneys bleed, just break a sweat. Is it the associated insurance costs (this wouldn't surprise me)?

Again, what do you do with your stank clothes when you are done working out?

I think this is quite possibly one of the dumbest ideas I've ever heard...

Do none of yal workout while traveling? What do you do with your dirty clothes then? I have one of those odor/moisture proof bags that I zip my dirty shite up in and put it in my suitcase.

I'm shocked this many people think this is so random.

Most of the gym I've been to around here have one of those small spin dryers in the locker room. For wringing out wet swimsuits. Maybe add a wash sink with a hand sprayer. Blast them with hot water, run them through the spinner, and tie them off in a provided plastic bag. That's what I do with sweaty boxers and socks anyways. It wouldn't be enough to get them clean, but enough to get the sweat out of them and dry enough to be packed away.

Working out while traveling isn't random... working out at an airport is random. This idea is terrible on multiple levels.

I have the hotel do my laundry. I often pack for 4-5 days in a carry on. I'm not dying to throw sweaty clothes with my clean on the opening leg of a trip.

its probably space. But honestly I would join united club if they had it. I would much prefer to work out than hit the bar when stuck in Denver or San Fran. I have had some monster delays in both locations. A 45 min ellipitical workout would be nice.

But its never going to happen. United sucks arse.

I would go to one if it had hairdryers to dry my balls.

Only way this would work is if the gym had showers, gym clothes for rent, and a bar.

ETA - Either Frankfurt or Brussels airport has bicycles that charge your electronics. Next to a bar.

Only a fraction of the people would shower.

They'd be better off renting room's by the hour. You know, for sleeping purposes only.
