And more effective. I have no idea what process they will use, but I imagine it is something like injecting estrogen where that can be countered by the criminal finding some testosterone. I'm sure this is something where they will need to monitor with someone like a probation officer who checks blood tests, etc. Not gonna be cheap for sure.
