McKernan pulled a little bitch move and copyrighted "G-guarentee" so when E Eric came back and used E-guarentee...McKernan sued him.

As a lawyer who dabbles in PI work and who believes in corporate right to free speech, I sadly agree. It's gotten out of hand. Lamar loves it though.
ETA: I agree with the notion that we have to stem the advertising. Not saying to go against any sort of constitutional law.

All of Gordon's ads are from a marketing firm that does lawyers all over the country. You will see the exact layout and poses with different lawyers in different states
