I can understand (not agree with, understand) the motive for many crimes.
Murder, robbery, assault (especially assault), but I will never understand individuals that harm children.
They do it over and over again, they never change.

I'm sure he wasn't a fugitive when hired.
Booked as a fugitive simply means he was arrested in a different parish than the warrant was from.
If Parish A gets an arrest warrant for you....and Parish B arrests you in Parish B....Parish B has to book you into Parish B's jail as a fugitive and then they can transfer you to Parish A for the original charges.

I agree. I mean there are just rules that are not to be broken. I just don't get how an adult male could get excited about a child. Its sick and sad. I mean the children are ruined for life. There should be no mercy for these losers.
