We keep our house at 79-80 during the summer in AZ. We have fans all over the house though and with the low humidity it's easier to keep cool.

This is at least logical. The people that get me are the ones that get their house so cold that they need to sleep under a sheet and a blanket. And sometimes a comforter. That makes absolutely no sense to me.

It is very annoying. Only way 72-75 (official room temp) should be cold is if you're stationary for a few hours. I like 72. It feels like a good ambient temp.

A lot of women are cold natured (probably due to being cold-blooded, ha). My wife keeps a blanket in both vehicles and always carries a sweatshirt or jacket wherever we go, even in the summer.
Even at home, she'll be wearing a hoodie because I like to keep the house cool. It's about compromise.
