Weird how she was completely emotionless while he was next to her bleeding out and dying and now she is letting her emotions go wild. Pretty f-ed up if everything she says is true.

That the officer told them to put their hands up. Then he said get your license and registration. The victim reaches for a wallet and while doing so remembers to tell the cop he has a gun. Cop freaked out and boom boom.

It is a surreal video. Both she and the cop seem to devolve as things start to sink in and the daughter is about as innocent as you can be and has no clue about the implications of what just transpired.

Man wants to recite procedure and what he learned in CCL class but neglects to say that they inform you to keep hands on wheel after pulled over and while informing cop about weapon in possesion. These procedures are created to avoid these exact situations. Cop absolutely made a mistake. I don't believe he put his pants on that morning itching to go kill a black man. He made a horrible mistake and one that should have some consequences, but other things could have also been done to prevent this.
