So the council members (Chauna and LaMont) are arguing with the mayor's office about the "no standing" signs. It is mind boggling that someone as dumb as Chauna represents a group of people. In all honesty, I think it is safe to say that she is, medically speaking, just a few points on the IQ scale away from being mentally retarded. She's not a full retard, but she is very very close. I would say that she could definitely qualify for some extreme accommodations if she were to take a standardized test.

Can somebody explain why it matters where the cars are parked once they have been paid for and outfitted? These screams like the kind of thing you write to show low-educated people so they think that 11.5 million dollars are being lost somehow by the cars parked in Ascension
