I cycle through melatonin and a few other sleeping aids, never use one more than a week or two. But if you're this impressed with the effects of melatonin, I'm led to believe that you had a very boring life in your twenties.

It didn't help much with my insomnia several years back. I guess it helped a little bit but not much and I wasn't groggy or out of it.

Zma is much better in my opinion especially if you get one formulated with theanine. Puts you to sleep, can improve immune deficiency and aids in muscle recovery.
