I have a 50 something year old female Dr. that is Asian. I've seen her for years. When I get my physical each year and she does my prostate exam, she always says "do you want me to talk dirty first?" to ease the tension. When she first did a prostate exam, I told her I felt violated and she could have at least talked dirty to me. She always remembers, it's funny as shite every time, and despite the fact it's always gonna be awkward having someone's fingers in your arse, it is tolerable with the humor.

Have had them done at each annual physical for the past ten years. This year, no, as family physician shared what I had previously posted...first time he did one he was telling me what he was checking, told him I appreciate that David but don't need a guided tour..
