My brigade csm retired after his dwi.

Come to think of it I saw him that same weekend carrying two cases of milwaukee's best out of the convenience store.

He did this about 2 months prior to deployment

I used to see my Pltn Sgts fricked up at the qualifying range, as in passed out fricked up!!!!!

they would come ask us , me and a few buddies to shoot for bolos that couldn't qualify and i was like WTF?

The 1SG, CSM and BN CDR will all end up retiring. CO CDR is on the street trying to find a job. But I am sorry, if he did not see close to twenty of his Soldiers involved in this, then I cannot do anything for him.

Agreed. He either didn't give a shite, or was so oblivious he doesn't need to be in a leadership position ever again anyway.

no , i guess it just depends upon what time you served and how the order where handed down.....I truly have respect for all of my fellow soldiers!
