SO let me guess this straight. The guy put a coat hanger up a black kid's anus and gets no jail time or does not have to register? SHoot, after the all prophets' last night, I was led to believe in a scenario such as this, he would be charged and convicted of a hate crime within 24 hours.
And he even admitted he likely would have been convicted of sexual assault
