I have Amazon music, can listen to whatever I want whenever I want, haven’t ever had an issue. What am I missing?

Are you using the app on an old phone/tablet? Or a desktop program that hasn't been updated? Or do you pay for Unlimited?

Ahh, yea I think I pay for unlimited. All the other services everyone mentioned cost money too correct?

No. I used to be able to play almost anything I wanted as part of my regular prime membership. For like 10+ years.

The update made it so where on that tier, now, if you select a song, it shuffles around. This includes songs that I purchased from Amazon

i actually just started using it because my son and i started fighting over a shared account when i'm on the road with podcasts.

i'm not in love with it vs. paid-for spotify, but i don't hate it outright. sometimes it will say i've reached my skip limit and then repeat a song forever. it works better with alexa than spotify or pandora.

I pay for unlimited, because I can use it via Alexa to play whatever whenever.

I also use YouTube premium a lot, but also for the kiddo on his tablet.

ETA: I only use Amazon Music on the Alexa. Anywhere else I use YouTube.

I use it. But only because it's included with Prime.

I have noticed any difference. I have a 600 song playlist. It shuffles fine.
