how does you husband feel about those 22 years?

Pretty sure the same!

He hunts/fishes/plays his music ... I run, read, do my thing as well. We have "enough" down time and he always has clean underwear and dinner as well as a few other things so ...

Marriage is what you make of it. Chose a good woman and treat her and your future kids like gold.
13 years for me and I couldn't be happier.

Lester, torn per mri ... 1 ortho said it needs to be cleaned out ... 1 ortho (a runner himself) said if the taping helps to keep on going.

They both said that the knee would let me know when it was time to get it cleaned up. I finished the La Half a week ago fine ... no need for medical tent SO I'm signed up for another half on 3/30.

Really kinda stuck as to what to do with those 2 VERY different opinions! PT I talked to said if it's not popping or getting stuck to leave it alone is the general rule. Gonna keep going ... or I could get a 3rd opinion.

(eta: how the hell did you remember that??? I can't keep much on here straight!)

Are you sure they are all your husband's kids? Does he need them to get a DNA test to be sure?

If anyone gets married thinking marriage is just about how you feel and being happy with unicorn bubbles coming out your butt, then they probably shouldn't get married until they do get it. It's called GIVING, and LOVING without regard to the other returning it, and when you do, you will receive as well. Today however, I think many people are wanting to receive first before they give. It's bass ackwards. You make a commitment, not an agreement that if everything is warm and fuzzy. It's a real generational issue here that's fueled by FEELINGS rather than hard work, which is what it's about. It's all about feelings today...

...taken from another marriage thread on this board. I thought this guy was spot on with his analysis.

I've been married just over a month- looking forward to being able to humble brag anniversaries like that in 20 years. Congrats to you on the big 22!
