Hey my brother lives in a big arse house off of 182.

I can't believe at all the freaking 400k plus homes off of 182. It's like Swamp Beverly Hills.

The crazy part is Collin County population is on track to surpass Dallas County in the next decade.

Good news is city planning has adjusted and are in line to meet demands.

I own a townhome in Uptown Dallas and work at Renaissance Tower in downtown Dallas. My commute is no more than 10 minutes any day of the week. I haven't sat in traffic once in the past 8 years. Your experience definitely doesn't apply to everyone.

Really? Explain. Your dumbass can't do math? Let. Me break it down for you because I have lived in both cities. If I live in BR and make $200k and own a $200k home I will pay more in taxes in BR than I would in Houston.
