for those that like to work legs everyday, you should look into smovlov or try dual factor training for bodybuilders. 20 rep squat program is another good 3 day a week program along with madcow.
Its very possible to do these programs for a meso cycle (6-12 weeks) but you aren't going to be able to squat heavy everyday without varying the intensity.

smovlov
I started Smovlov back in 2009
Quit after 1 week
Squatting 4 days a week was insane
I moved on to Sheiko.
Much better
Did it 3 times with good results

The amount of BS, half truths and misinformation in this thread is staggering.

yea honestly smovlov gets to the point you don't want to do anything else but eat and sleep and no other lifts. I quit after 3 weeks last time because of this. Im sure I will try another round in a year or so.

It's really annoying when I walk in the gym and both squat racks are taken by newbies on squat and deadlift days.
Can you imagine having to squat 4 days a week, and walking into the gym each time to a full squat rack

no i can't. its why i built a home gym with nothing but commercial equipment. In the process of building a 30'x80' shop that I will use as my gym. Putting a dry and wet sauna in along with a ton of equipment that i will buy a little at a time.
I can't stand commercial gyms and the shitty people and shitty music. Now the one here in my town is pretty awesome but its nothing but hardcore people in there and looks like a throw back to 80 era gyms. Westbank athletic club in Nola is awesome too, pretty much all other ones I have been to suck arse.

live in a subdivsion but lots are 175x200 deep. and I am an engineer well more of a project manager. Wife works too in industrial sales.
aand its only going to cost about 30k for the shop as I am doing in myself. as far as equipment, I already have a 24x24 area of my garage full to the max with commercial equipment. The rest I will pick a little at a time on the used market when certain items become available.
Wife wanted a pool and to redo and inlarge our outdoor area and I said fine but I get a shop. Just worked out that I had enough room to be able to do it and still meet all the restrictions.

thats usually what happens. The days of the non franchised gym are quickly coming to an end, sadly. Hard to compete with planet fitness.

If you do legs right, you don't wanna touch them or move for the next few days.
Posted on 2/21/17 at 11:05 am to 504Voodoo
If you want bigger legs you will keep them

Indont get sore from anything anymore. When I add an exercise, I might be sore for 3 days max but then I don't get anything anymore. I add weight, I add reps, it gets harder. But no soreness. I can do an exercise till i can't phycially do the exercise anymore and I still don't get sore. And I know I'm getting stronger.

If you are not doing squats you are cheating yourself. There is no leg day without squats.

This shite is what killed it. Gone are the days when you could pay 20$ a month to walk into some place with ripped up benches covered in duct tape.
Now there are places that sound a damn fire alarm if you drop a dumbbell.
