I hosted a party in '99 in br, and we saw what we thought was a meteor, then it changed direction. Like a slow meteor.
We called the weather man to see if they got it in radar.
Nothing came from it, but we had 20+ witnesses. I still think it was a meteor, but it was crazy.

Saw a group of more than 50 lights moving across the sky, and one triangular, large one moving at a lower altitude and slower speed. Several stopped and reversed direction at one time. There were dozens of witnesses. This happened in La.

My dad told me a story about when he was at LSU either late sixties early seventies where a UFO the size of a football field was hoovering not far from a highway. He said there was about five or six cars that had stopped to look at it and it sat there for a good 10-15 minutes

Reminds me of the Marfa Lights. I went on a road trip with my dad years ago and watched those from the hood of our car late at night - couldn't sleep at all that night.

I would really like to know what this was. I mean, it was falling and then when it split, it stopped moving and the 5 orbs went to 4. After about 5-6 seconds, there were 6 orbs and then they clearly closed in on each other as they descended. Definitely creepy, but cool all at the same time.
