EDC (Everyday Carry): What organizer do you use?

I know a lot of you all carry a multi-tool, a knife, keys, a smartphone (maybe headphones and a charger), pen, etc.
I've been looking for a way to organize all this crap so I don't have to put crap into every single pocket of my slacks I own. The best bets I've seen are from Maxpedition. Do any of you here have a different setup than their micro-organizers or pocket-organizers?
Just out of curiosity. If you don't know WTF I'm talking about, feel free to just reply with 'WTF' and we'll see how many pages worth of those we can get this thread up to

all the Maxpedition stuff is interesting to me, but anytime I see it I assume the person owning is carrying a gun, which isn't what I'm after.

ETA: I wish I could carry everyday, but I often go in government buildings and cant

I carry but don't want to advertise. Not to mention tacticool (which I'm not against in theory) doesn't really work with my form of business casual.
