Saying anything is "for the poors" is definitely trashy.

Eating at national chain restaurants is commonplace for like 97% of people, so how in the world could someone deem it "trashy"?

It's Not trashy to eat at the mid-level chains...but there's usually better choices to be made...

It depends on the place. Ruth's Chris is a chain but definitely not trashy. I think we need someone to create a tiered system. Where is Link?

It's trashy but I still like it. I dont mind being trashy every once in a while. It's like a dress up party.

I don't think it's trashy. Trash definitely shows up there, but everyone has to eat. I personally don't want to step inside a Chili's, but that's my preference in life. Plenty of better food choices in the world to spend money on, but to each his own.

I usually eat at a Chilli's or Outback sort of place when traveling for work. It's easy, consistent, and there is usually always one right next to the hotel.

Why do you care where other people eat? I think Chili's is nasty, but don't look down on folks who eat there and at other national chains.
