I have used my dyson nearly every day since I got it in 2007. Kids+dogs+clean freak. It still works fine. I keep thinking I should buy another one, but can't find a reason to. Don't u have to put water in a rainbow?

top rated by consumer reports are Kenmore, Panasonic and Miele.. Rainbow and Dyson are way down the list Rainbow outranks Dyson by one notch

You have to put water in the Rainbow when you want to use it and empty it afterwards...

I had some guy knock on my door a few weeks ago, trying to sell us a rainbow. He didn't want to speak to me and kept pushing to talk to my wife.
The weird part, I recognized him immediately, we went to our lady of mercy together in middle school.

Paid $300 for a barely used GS Ultimate Kirby. Shites all over Dyson (Miele, Sebo, Royal, Sanitaire, Riccar, Fuller, and several other will do the same and usually for less $).

Buy a refirb Rainbow for $300, and use it as an air filter also. You'd be amazed at how much shite the water cleans up
