Look, man. We imprison too many people, we frick up our own society by trying to maintain "order" and love to take away a mans freedom for trivial shite. It isn't just a black problem, it's a socioeconomic problem. Our CJ system is fricked up beyond repair and if you don't have means, you're screwed.
Drug dealers and buyers are engaged in a free market system IMO and shouldn't be in prison for their activity.

Flat out lie. Actually I have never done that. Never. If you think I do, please back it up. You simply won't find it. I just call out statements and double standards. And since it touches a nerve with many, they make assumptions, even about my race. Never used the term "white community", unless I was being sarcastic to make a point about people calling "the black community" (like they are all the same). Certainly not blaming the white community.
It's kind of like calling out police abuse. People incorrectly assume a person is supporting criminals.

I have represented numerous people on heroin charges and to sat it's a "white problem" is far from true. If I had to look it up it would probably be 50/50 black/white.
