People will act as poorly as they are allowed to. If millennials are acting this way, it's because someone is encouraging or enabling that bad behavior.

I'm not saying he feels morally superior, I'm saying he makes his audience that way. The product he's selling is smugness, and yeah he's making bank off of it.

Millennials are going to save our world by abandoning the urban sprawl that has created so many problems for our economy and environment. Their tendency to move to urban downtowns and city centers will create walkable cities and reduce dependency on automobiles which will transform our society.

So all of them will have desk jobs downtown doing what exactly? Who will be doing the actual labor?

of course there is potential of PTSD for some of them because of their inability to handle basic training!!!

Hell Butch, they start freaking out at company training classes.

I'm not advocating for my fellow POS millennials, but why do older generations get to avoid some of the blame for why these stats exist?

You raised the millennials. You created the economy/environment we live in. You still control the job market, education, and property.

Seems like if you raised millennials, and they turned out with better heads on their shoulders than these stats indicate, why bitch about it?

Millennials didn't frick up the economy.
Millennials didn't raise millennials.

Well, I guess millennials can just pack it up and concede now, the great Dr. Phil has come out against us.

Because everyone needs a scapegoat. So, blaming the worlds problems on 20 and 30 somethings seems appropriate for the older generation

Significant evidence says you don't.

So hold off on the dumbfrick comments.

Truth hurts.

Older generations have screwed and are still screwing the younger generation, and when the light gets shined on that fact, they can't accept it.

Don't be dense.

Disciplining your children when they are young will teach them that acting like a spoiled, entitled, whiny POS brat is not ok, and in turn when they are older will likely have a higher chance of being positive contributors to society. It's not rocket surgery.

Confirmation bias is big business. Pander to an audience who spends a ton of time on social media, by decrying the vocal minority with a touch of get off my lawn.

I wish half the shite people said about millennials was true. As someone who gets up and goes to work every day and doesn't expect shite to be handed to me, I'd be yacht shopping right now. In reality, the work force is MORE competitive and competent than it's ever been in American history, the rest of us just don't have time to respond to Dr Phil's bullshite surveys. How do these old farts think their social security checks keep rolling in if all of us are sitting around playing Xbox?
