I'm not sure what I could be leaving out, its pretty straightforward.
Just rode by and they are indeed camped out. Just walking up to cars stopped at the stop sign right outside the PD. That's what I call solid police work.

To satisfy your obtuseness lets say she went 2 blocks. Does that change anything? Is going 2 blocks without a DL more of a crime than one block?
