Avegno was on the mysterious trip to Cuba last year with LaToya, when they studied the communist system down there. City Hall originally refused to confirm the nature and existence of this trip, and who went on it.

I’m not sure why you even went through the trouble to respond, he’s just gonna repeat the same old tired screed. I don’t give a shite if the protesters were wearing hazmat suits, that was one of the first great public indications this mess was a giant political kabuki dance and nothing more.

Toya made it perfectly clear what her MO is yesterday. She went to the state for $200 million for Covid Aid. $200 million in a city of 300k that's been in a lockdown for 6 months. And she flat out said she's coming back for more. I really hope the state tells her to get fricked.
One of the other thing she mentions is the city of New Orleans has over 5k city employees. Jesus Christ.......

It doesn't matter. Multiple people in that group are either unmasked or not wearing them properly. The Dems argument is that you can catch it and then go home or to the grocery or wherever and spread it. If they're not wearing it in that crowd that not wearing it at all making them an extreme risk according to Avegno's bullshite.
You can't cherry pick when you want to condemn shite because it doesn't fit your political agenda. I mean you can but it makes you a giant piece of shite when you're keeping people from earning a living while doing so.

It was fear mongering - but her percentages were correct the way she presented them was wrong - plus you do have to realize who she is mostly speaking too
People who were breaking into the closed basketball courts to play without a mask or without social distancing - who can hook you up with some weed but can’t add 2 and 2 together - then when they die of Covid their families blame the city bc of terrible healthcare
