A couple of weeks back in my neighborhood someone let there dog out. (Front yard). Check on it about 15 minutes later and it was gone. Their neighbors dog was also gone but it was taken from the backyard. Others in the neighborhood had cameras and it showed a lady carrying one and the other was on a leash. Both were recovered at the pound. WTF.

I had two dogs get out years ago. After months of putting up posters I got a call. A guy had my dog but wanted a large reward. I told him I would come back the next day. At 3am I broke into his back yard and stole my dog back.
Dude wanted $1200 or he wasn't giving it up. Said he adopted it.

Just go pay the $34 and pick him up. Then keep him behind a fence or on a leash like the law states
