My dog was taken from MY YARD today and brought to companion animal alliance shelter. WTF. How much of a PITA is it going to be to get him back?

Does anyone have reason to think you hurt the dog?

Perfectly healthy.

So your dog just roams freely in a non-fenced front yard?

unsupervised?

Not saying you are in the wrong here, but people will save dogs all day if they think they are lost. Put a sign up.

if you don't care enough about the board to post more than a measly 309 times in 14 years, why should we care what happens to you?

You know the rules pale. HOA clearly states that if your dog is unleashed in an unfenced portion of your property then it WILL be taken to the nearing HOA participating shelter. You owe $250 to the HOA and $100 to the shelter both of which can be paid at the shelter.

Ask for a full report of why he was picked up & who brought him in
File a police report

If you are in the city limits & dog wasn’t leashed that’s why he was picked up

Sounds like you let your dog run loose and he drops deuces in the neighbors yards, and they do not appreciate that.

How in the frick do you post only just over 300 times in 14 years?

Obviously, you lurk because what else would you have made the post for.

Go stand in the corner and think about your actions!
