No. Even though we live in one of Louisiana's most down and out towns, she thinks that there is a Team 521 that has directed energy weapons that they use on her. This and she's convinced herself that she is allergic to electricity. I've asked her "who uses these weapons" and she gets mad and says "the military." "So the military comes to (the shite town where we live) with their expensive secret weapons just to (make your cell phone act weird, foot fall asleep, etc.) Basically, anything that happens must have some third party doing it.
Local bailiff says I'm going to get stabbed in my sleep.
She also gets a new cell phone and number every two months or so. The second anything abnormal happens (e.g. slow due to bad reception), she starts f'ing with it and then it does get all screwed up.
I deal with it except when she gives me shite for being "in charge of team 521." I wish I had that kind of power. I asked "how do I get all these people with bright headlights to follow you around" and her answer is always "social media."

Dude. She's got some very serious issues going on. I'm not saying this as a joke, but it sounds like she is suffering from a pretty serious psychosis. She needs professional help.

I'm about as far from a medical or psychiatric expert as you can get. But have you ever considered the fact it's quite possible she's suffering from schizophrenia? I've known a couple of people who suffer from this and what you're telling me about her sounds very similar to them.
