A girl I went to high school with posts on FB about it all the time. And her posts are written way too well (and much too appropriately punctuated) to be written by her. She always talks about how she is "blown away" by her current paycheck. She will post products and have 20 comments, all from other RF people. Good for her if she can make a living off of it, but they prey on friendships and guilt people into buying.

Also, she is way more interested in getting you set up with a "business starter kit" than actually slinging product.

It blows my mind how openly they talk about how much they make, imagine if people with real jobs posted about how "huge their paycheck" was this month. We have reached an odd point in social media.

didn't want to pay $700 for the start up kit

Oh yeah.. frick that. So if all these people are paying $700 up front and they don't make any money.. then this company still gets $700.. That's crazy..

One of my high school gf's, just quit her dietician job to do RF full time, I guess she's making more than telling diabetics to quit eating shite, don't blame her.

There's a new MLM scheme every few years. It pulls in the same people until the bubble gets too big and bursts. Then a new one pops up.

I remember seeing one a few years back called Man Cave that tried to get men to sell meats or grill items. shite is embarrassing.

I have a classmate that just quit her regular job to stay home and sell it, she is married to a lawyer so i'm sure he's bringing home some good money.

My wife gets complemented often on her complextion and ladies aak her what make up and stuff she wears. When she tells people she uses coconut oil as a makeup remover and moisturiser people flip out...... cost $8 for a 32oz container.

But they don't actually say what they make because it's crap. They say things like "I'm so grateful for my paycheck". And "extra money" and whatnot. They're not making shite, but they want people to think they are so they will be jealous of them and become a sales rep in their pyramid.

I bought some crap from a friend and then returned it within the allotted return time. They emailed me that it is their common practice not to refund sales tax, only product price. I reported them to proper authorities and cc them on it. I immediately was refunded my taxes and received multiple apology emails and a phone call. I basically told them too late. They were too stupid to put in writing that this is their common practice not to refund taxes. Bunch of dumb bitches.

My buddy works for a MLM company and he's always posting 'I woke up today and I had X amount of dollars deposited into my account while I was sleeping... followed by his 'story' about how he was working a 9-5 and hated it because he wasn't making any money and never had time for his kids blah blah blah....

Dude's broke as frick.. I went to his house the other day and had to help him fix his sink and he couldn't even afford to buy a basic new faucet... it's absolutely comical that they sell this extravagant lifestyle that they supposedly live, that requires little to no work when in reality, he has no freakin clue when he's going to get paid again

The wife of a client is some high-level person in that pyramid scheme. Her revenue last year was $161,000. That is not a typo.

So your "client" is just casually telling you exactly how much his wife makes and exactly how much her expenses are huh? What a forethcoming individual

If anyone ever actually makes money in these things it's because they got in early and have a good network of dumb desperate friends/family who they can convince to sign up. The money is made referring new "distributors" not actually selling the shite to "customers". A great way to get other dumbasses to sign up is lie about how much money you are making.

Pretty sure he's a CPA so that's pretty important info to get from a client

Great point. This same chick posted the other day that she has more financial stability know thanks to her "Plan B". Then she went into this elaborate explanation of an "IRA" and "retirement" and that she was "looking long term". As if she was splitting the atom or something. Most adults are already looking long term. Sorry it took some pyramid scheme she got tied up in at 35 years old (after a failed marriage) to realize she needed to be socking a few bucks away for retirement.

She even posted a meme of a "nerd" with the title "nerd alert" while she explained "write-off's" to us simpletons, and then offered to give anyone who buys a "business starter kit" a quick lesson in economics.

What a joke.

inquiry was whether people get marching orders.

Yes. Of course they do. They have sales meetings.
They use todays social media and telecommunications too.

Mrs. B doesn't waste time.

She sent 10 letters to 10 people with their addresses in the letter and ask them to send $1 back to her and something something something, she's got a positive monthly cash flow!

It's all young chicks who married blue collar dudes and live in starter homes out in a cane field in Youngsville

I only know one person who does this, and this is pretty much her to a T. Although, she only aspires to live in a starter home in Youngsville, she lives in BFE currently.

ETA: she isn't trashy, just naive.
