Not that I know of, but that does not mean anything. I have nothing to do with it and she does it all on her own.

ETA: Would you like to ask her?

Yeah, go ahead and ask her. I'd love to know the inner workings.

So all bullshite aside, does she get emails about what they should post this week?

To answer your question, no they do not get emails telling them what to post or send them scripts. They do have virtual "meetings" like once a week and they have MULTIPLE facebook group messages.

My wife (No Pics) sells R&F because she uses the products and loves them and they work. She's only been in for 4 months or so and has been making some money selling the last couple months. She has a masters degree and works full time. Her Consultant has her maters as does the consultant over her. My wife is starting to despise the people above her as they do try to "micro manage" her and her sells pitch. It is true that the majority of her FB post have comments from others that sell R&F. I noticed that from day one and I think she started blocking some before posting because it looks so bullshitish.

We enjoyed the extra money the last couple of months ($900+/mo) and I think the uppers desire to "control" my wife is pushing her away from them while at the same time pissing her off to the point that she wants to be redrafted (her words) to a new team. She has 2 consultants now under her and she just lets them do things they way they want. If they sell great. If not no big deal.

Yeah, nightly dinners with your family, trips to Disney in which no business is conducted, and driving carpool doesn't count

Your wife sounds exactly like mine. College degree with a full time job. The girl over my wife is her best friend and puts zero pressure on her.

Thanks for the insight. How does the commission structure work? Like how many levels above your wife get a cut of what she sells? Is it the same percentage of what your wife would get off the girl directly below her?

My wife sells it. She also has a full time job where she does well. She is smart enough to know R&F is a pyramid scheme. She doesn't push it very hard but she makes about $300 per month. We use that extra income for vacations.

I'm not certain. She makes 5% off of her direct consultants but not sure beyond that point as she hasn't gotten that far yet. I know this much the (why appears to be) head of her pyramid has over 2K people under her and she is very hands on and she and my wife communicate regularly both through groups messages and 1 on 1. She's actually easier to deal with than those 2 directly above her. This chick was a PT or pharmacist or some crap and now does just this and is supposedly raking it in. Like I said just my wife and signing up a her first consultant made herself about $900 last month. Working from home, using her cell and having no out of pocket expenses.

I would never work hard enough to leave my full-time job because I don't have that type of drive for selling someone else's products, but earning 3 to 500 extra a month passively does interest me. How many kits or products does she have to sell to get that $300?

You get customers that buy packages that renew every few months. Then you get some people that just buy individual products. For example, when the lash boost came out my wife was getting lots of orders just for that. So, it is not a certain number of kits.

ETA: They pay you 15% until you hit PC level then it jumps to 25%-30%.

There are minimum numbers that they have to meet monthly but my wife hits that in her own purchases plus the consultants under you help fill that minimum for you. The ticket besides having many consultants under you is to have the residual customer base that are on auto ship for their products monthly.

She makes pretty decent money from it. Enough to cover her personal products and a family disney trip each year with a little left over.

That reminds me. It also covers the cost of brand new 30A stickers every year.

Also, she is way more interested in getting you set up with a "business starter kit" than actually slinging product.
