Do you mean customer service?

Or actually phone service?

first one, dont know. Never had att.

Second one, depends where you are. Never had an issue in br or nola.

I have Sprint. Service sucks, apparently 1% makes a huge fricking difference.

Pay the extra $20-$30 a month for Verizon, they are more expensive for a reason.

Sprint was horrible for me, poor coverage, missed calls. Do yourself a favor, AT&T is much better.

Have sprint for 10+ years very good customer service... Coverage is good unless you go out to rural areas where it's not so good

Figure out where you use your phone the most. The service that works there is the best one.

Not very. Sometimes I can't get LTE in downtown Baton Rouge. If I wasn't grandfathered into my unlimited data plan I would switch to Verizon

My brother recent switched from Sprint to Att. He hated Sprint. That's about all I got.

I had them a couple years ago in BR. The service is spotty at best. I could be in the middle of BR and not get 4G at times.

There's a reason they are cheaper.

I went to Verizon and they are night and day better.

I've traveled to South America, the Caribeans, western central and Eastern Europe along with locally the mountains and I'm always the one WITH service when those around me with AT&T Verizon t-Mobile lose reception.

Eta: been with sprint since 2000 and don't have any current or past reasons to leave them. I've never had any issues with customer service either, however I've rarely needed to use costumer service. Not really sure why anyone needs them very often.

I love Sprint in STL. The service is near perfect. When I'm back in MS though, I have an expensive paperweight unless I'm in Jackson or on the interstate.

When you run commercials saying "Hey guys, look at us, we're close to being at ATT's level!" it makes me assume you are indeed not at ATT's level.
