1. Duplex isn’t a neighborhood ok?

2. Move

3 Best not let the owner catch you spraying them w fricking cajun seasoning; I would maim someone’s hands if I ever caught them doing anything like that to my animals.

4. I’m wasting my breath; you’re a cat lover.

The house directly behind me has a Great Pyrenees that barks NON frickING STOP. They leave the dog outside all day and night. This motherfricker has its bark timed so well it’s like clockwork. I’m close to pointing the dog out to a poor Korean family. It could feed them for a month it’s so big.

Small dogs are pointless and stupid and keeping dogs inside a house is also stupid.

Deterrent....this dog has a job and does it well without being barky. I hate barky dogs. She'll let you know she's aware of your presence when needed but there's never relentless barking allowed at our house. And cuddling is not her thing.

Little dogs that stay inside are great for warning you when someone or something is outside your house.

A big dog bark can scare away the most brazen burglars.

I wish I could tell you living in a nice neighborhood of SFH changes that, but there's a bunch of houses around me that have yappy fricking dogs too. I grew up with dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, etc so I'm not a hater but I don't want a dog anymore as we travel so much. And I certainly don't want to listen to dogs barking all the time. I'm listening to one right now. Also tired of people saying it's not the dogs fault. The frick it isn't. There's dogs that don't bark even with shitty owners. Yes, I agree if the owner was better it might be better but these little barking fricks all need to die.

All of my neighbors have dogs and none are left out to bark,, none roam loose and none are pits.

Based on all of the stories I've read on this board for decades, I've decided not to move from where I live because I've got quiet, clean respectful neighbors.

Sounds like you live near some trashy humans that don’t train their dogs.

I want my dog and trained him to Alert me when someone walks by my house or into my yard he will not continually bark, but he is also inside and not going insane barking unless they come to the door which I almost never ever get solicitors bc a 135lb dog is barking at face level behind the window glass lol

Neighbor put his dog in a backyard kennel and went to work, everyday. The dog barked nonstop for 9 hours a day. It was absolutely ruining the neighborhood for about an 800' radius. Someone, not I, put antifreeze in the dog's bowl. Cruel way to punish the dog for a rat-shite owner.

This right here. Why own an untrained dog?

It makes no sense. They are literally living tools who *want* a strong master.

This is one example of advantages of having an HOA.

I am with you. People are incapable of being considerate of others. It is like they live in their own world. I bet if you approached them about it they would get offended.

Small dogs are ok. Those big ones that stink from playing in the mud and taking elephant dumps are the ones that piss me off.

My favorite is when you go to someone’s house with a nice outfit on, the big dog jumps all over you messing up your suit or nice clothes. Dude you are having people formally come over, lock the monster up.
